The Arrowsmith Program at Crosspoint Christian School, for elementary, middle school, high school, and adult students addresses the underlying causes of students' learning differences and difficulties by strengthening learning capacities.
Did you know that learning disabilities don't have to be permanent?
The goal of the Arrowsmith Program is to improve cognitive functioning through identification of a student's learning dysfunctions, development of an individualized program, goal setting and careful monitoring of progress with a clear completion target. This unique method, with small measured steps, regular recognition of success and clearly identified goals, enables students and families to identify, intervene and strengthen areas of cognitive weakness that affect learning. The Arrowsmith Program deals with the root causes of a learning disability, rather than managing its symptoms.
